New Personal Branding Photos for Performance and Wellbeing Trainers and Coaches Louise and Laura from Sky Bounders

It was wonderful to welcome Louise and Laura from executive performance and wellbeing trainers Sky Bounders in the studio recently! We had such a great day - here’s a little behind the scenes video along with an interview with Louise about the day!

How did you feel about the photos you were using before you had your shoot with Rosie?

I was always scrabbling around trying to find photos that I was reasonably happy with that gave the right kind of look. It always felt like a real compromise and I never felt my photos represented me or the quality of my work very well.

What made you decide on Rosie for your new photos?

I started following Rosie on LinkedIn and absolutely loved the colour and vibrancy in her photos. What really struck me was how happy and comfortable in their own skin the women looked. They were far removed from the stiff starchy corporate shots that you still see littering the professional networks. So I decided that Rosie’s approach would not only be right for my personal branding but also for the branding photos for the Sky Bounders Team.

What were you most nervous about before your shoot?

Ha! I had a childhood of being told I was not photogenic and had a 'stupid smile'. Needless to say I’ve had to get more used to being on camera for my work but some of the niggling doubts still creep in. So I guess I was most nervous about discovering that it actually wasn’t possible to get decent photos of me!

How did you feel about that after the shoot was over?

Rosie and her team made me feel and look like a million dollars. She also allowed us to be our natural selves and some of our favourite photos were actually taken when we didn’t even realise! Thankfully, we were inundated with photos that I was really amazed by and very happy with. I guess she helped to kick some of the childhood ‘demons’ to the wayside!

What was your favourite part of the day?

I don’t think I could specify one particular moment. The whole day was such a positive, uplifting experience from the moment we arrived until we waved goodbye. Although it was a work event, it felt like a treat we were experiencing together with a group of new friends.

How do you feel now you have your new photos?

I’m over the moon with them! I can’t wait to start using them on our social profiles and marketing materials. I also feel so excited that I now have a bank of super options to use rather than one or two cropped photos that ‘will just about do’. I guess I feel that my professional photos can now start to better reflect who I am and better match the quality of the services that I offer.

Would you recommend Rosie and why?

Without a shadow of a doubt! She is not the cheapest out there but what she offers is unique.

The way she ‘staged’ the whole day was designed to allow us to relax into the process so that we showed up on camera authentically and got the results we really wanted. This was not a ‘turn up, smile, click’ process.

This was a truly memorable, totally tailored, multi dimensional approach - from the pre-event advice, music playing in the background on the day, the food and drinks served, the hair and make-up support through to outfit selection and choice of poses and backgrounds. She then even provided advice with choosing the right photos based on our preferences and realistic business needs.

Thank you Rosie and Co, we loved the whole experience and are so happy with the results. It was undoubtedly an investment well made and we will definitely be back for future Sky Bounders branding shoots.
