Colourful brand photos for Executive Coach Lara Cullen - The People Person

Please tell everyone a little about you, your ideal client and how you help them?

I’m Lara Cullen, an executive and personal coach and founder of The People Person Ltd, a personal development and coaching consultancy based in London. I help people be healthier, happier and more successful doing what they love. I’m also about to publish my first book How to be a People Person: Be Kind. Be Brave. Be Brilliant. at the end of October which shows people how to bring out the best in themselves and others, and I hope, make the world a better place.

Why did you need new photos?

I’d been using the same three or four photos since 2019. They felt tired and overused. I wanted photos that reflected me and that jumped out at people (in the right way!)

What are your brand words and how did you want to come across in your pictures?

My brand motto (and at the core of my forthcoming book!) is Be Kind, Be Brave and Be Brilliant, but from a visual perspective it was joyful, bright, confident and warm. That’s how I wanted to come across in the pictures.

Why did you decide to work with me rather than another photographer?

I spotted you on socials and loved your use of colour but mostly how natural and relaxed people looked in their photos. It felt to me you had a way of bringing out people’s personalities in their pictures - they were alive.

What stood out to you as exceptional about our work together?

The attention to detail, the care I received, and the fun we had! You made me feel like I was your most important and favourite ever client. Now I suspect you’re a big flirt and make everyone feel that way - but that’s a great thing! I didn’t expect to have a full entourage there with your makeup artist and having behind the scenes photos taken for instagram as well and it surpassed any expectations I may have had.

What results have you achieved since working with me?

Well apart from everyone telling me how much they love my photos, I’ve been doing a little more press and have been able to fire shots over to journalists and PR instantly. I definitely stand out more on socials. And most of all I have author shots for my new book which I love.

What would you say to someone else who was thinking about hiring me?

Working with Rosie was a joy and a worthwhile business investment. It’s absolutely true that she’s not the cheapest photographer, but you get what you pay for - and in this case, more. I will be booking her again and would have zero hesitation recommending her to anyone.
